Open to ALL boys and girls in grades 6-9. If you play one sport, you are strongly encouraged to be involved in this program. If you play no sports, you are also encouraged to join this program. Students will learn the proper technique for age-appropriate lifting in age-appropriate ways. Students will become faster and stronger.

Practice Location: Roosevelt Prep Weight Room

Practice Dates/Time: Monday, Tuesday, Friday

The fee is $150 for 8 weeks of weight room programing where kids will learn the fundamentals of strength training, proper technique, and explosiveness. The fee will provide access to the Aces weightroom, weight room etiquette, programming and coaching by Coach Pham (professional powerlifter and coach), and an Aces Powerlifting t-shirt that indicates their involvement in the club that they will get to keep at the end of their season.
