---- Students can not try out without a completed registration and payment made or started if using the layaway option.

2. Every athlete must submit a physical on the approved CAA Physical paperwork.  Forms are good for 12 months and must be resubmitted annually.

3. Every High School athlete must complete the Barrow Brainbook as required by the CAA.  This course only needs to be done once in an athletes high school career.  The Barrow Brainbook provides information to student athletes on how to prevent, recognize, and respond to concussions.

4. Submit the athletic fee.  All middle school sports are $270.  All high school sports are $320.  Visit the Payment Portal to pay for sports by debit/credit card online, or you may submit cash or check (payable to Roosevelt Athletics) to the front office.

All items must be completed and turned in before your student may fully participate in their sport.

Fall: Flag Football - Girls Volleyball - Cross Country - Golf

Winter: Boys Soccer - Girls Soccer - Cheer - Chess*

Spring: Boys Basketball - Girls Basketball - Track & Field

HS SPORTS

Fall: Boys Soccer - Boys Flag Football - Girls Volleyball

Winter: Boys Basketball - Girls Basketball - Cheer

Spring: Girls Soccer - Boys Volleyball - Track & Field

• Chess players are not required to have the sports physical.
